How to open a Terminal Window (mac)

To open a terminal window on a Apple/Mac computer, look for the magnifying glass icon in the upper right hand corner.

Click that, and type "terminal" in the box that appears.

That will open a command line interface to your own computer.

Another method for opening Terminal on a Mac is to open your Applications folder on the hard drive, then open the Utilities folder. The Terminal program can be opened there.
