Format: 30 minute talk and 30 minutes of Q&A.  30 minute talk structured as: 10 minutes of motivation; 10 minutes on results; 10 minutes on “What are the next questions”? After the talk, we’d hopefully have a free ranging discussion.  It would be TOTALLY acceptable if there are no slides and if you were just kind of adlibbing during the 30 minute “talk”.
